Eminem Opens Up Restaurant

Eminem has opened up a restaurant in his hometown of Detroit. Inspired by his Oscar and Grammy award winning song Lose Yourself, the pasta restaurant is called Mom's Spaghetti.

In the song, he has an infamous line: "His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy / There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti".

The restaurant started as a pop up in 2017 making several appearances at festivals were Eminem has performed. It is the product of a partnership between Em's team and a local restaurant group.

Mom's Spaghetti has delivered food to front line workers and COVID-19 vaccinators in Detroit.

The Detroit location features a restaurant walk up window and upstairs there is a merchandise and memorabilia store called The Trailer. It is small, giving it a diner feel.

Fans were in for a huge surprise at the grand opening. Eminem himself served the first 10 fans in line with food and selfies.
