Here They Are... The Golden Globe Winners

There was no red carpet, no interviews, no acceptance speeches yet the 2022 Golden Globe winners are here.

The winners were revealed rather quietly through the Golden Globes official website. This comes after criticism of the Hollywood Foreign Press due to their lack of diversity. Since then, the HFPA has admitted 21 new members (6 are Black) and just announced a partnership with the NAACP to support Black representation in journalism and the entertainment industry.

Anyway, let's get to the winners! Nicole Kidman snagged her 6th Golden Globe for her portrayal as Lucy in "Being the Ricardos" in the race for Best Actress.

Will Smith scored his first Golden Globe win for "King Richard" defeating Denzel Washington, Mahershala Ali, Benedict Cumberbatch and Javier Bardem.

"West Side Story" won big with Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) and Best Performance by an Actress (Musical or Comedy) went to one of its stars Rachel Zegler.

While "The Power of the Dog" beat out "King Richard", "Coda", "Dune" and "Belfast" to take home Best Picture (Drama.) Its director Jane Campion also nabbed that Best Director award.

We Don't Talk About Bruno but we can talk about "Encanto" winning Best Animated Film.

Let's move to the smaller screen, MJ Rodriguez made history by becoming the first transgender actress to win a Golden Globe for her role in "Pose".

Jean Smart won Best Actress (Musical or Comedy) for "Hacks" while Michael Keaton took home the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for his role in Hulu's "Dopesick."
