This summer, Grammy-nominated singer Keyshia Cole will celebrate the 20th anniversary of her debut album 'The Way It Is' with a headline tour. Not only is the singer celebrating two decades of the album release but she invited along other artists to help her celebrate.
Tink, Wale, Lil’ Kim, Friday, and Jeremiah will join Cole on the 25 city tour for select dates. The Way It Is – 20th Anniversary Tour will launch this July in North America before making its way overseas with stops in Amsterdam, Paris and London.
Released in June 2005, The Way It Is rose Cole into R&B stardom, debuting at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and eventually going platinum. With hits like “Love,” “I Should Have Cheated” and “I Changed My Mind,” the album mixed storytelling with radio-catchy hooks.

The project earned Cole two GRAMMY nominations and positioned her as part of the mid-2000s wave of artists who made their mark on music.
