Member Of R&B Group Hi-Five Passes Away

Sad news for fans of 90s R&B music. A member from the 90s male group Hi-Five has died. Roderick "Pooh" Clark passed away on Sunday. A post has been made on the group's official IG page confirming the news.

He was known for being a founding member of Hi-Five and performed alongside Marcus Sanders, Russell Neal Toriano Easley and the late Tony Thompson.

The band scored a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with their song "I Like the Way (The Kissing Game in 1991.
Shortly after the release of their 2nd album, tragedy struck. Roderick was paralyzed from the waist down after a car accident while on the way to a radio appearance.

The group did go on to release several albums.
Tributes from the music industry have poured from DJ Spinderella, Silk, Anthony Hamilton and more. No cause of death has been disclosed yet. Roderick "Pooh Clark was 49.
