I definitely feel like thighs get a bad rep. I never hear anyone specifically asking for them. It's like they're the last choice at the bottom the bucket.

Well, WingStop says it's time to give what I consider the juiciest part of the chicken some spotlight. With the ongoing chicken wing shortage and prices continuously rising, WingStop has decided to unveil "ThighStop" a virtual restaurant that will only sell thighs.
The new brand will be available for carryout in 1,400 locations across the country or delivery through DoorDash and Thighstop.com.
Customers can order their thighs just like wings choosing from WingStop's 11 flavors and bone in or boneless.
The National Chicken Council says we're not experiencing a shortage just yet but it's actually due to labor shortages amongst other factors.
"ThighStop" is a way to gauge customers' interests before potentially adding them to their main menu.
