WNBA Star A’ja Wilson Makes History and Lands Cover of NBA 2K25

Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson is having a pretty good year as the basketball player announced her signature collection with Nike, as well as began the season with a strong start. To add to her resume, Wilson will be a featured cover athlete for the latest entry of the NBA 2K series.
The two-time WNBA MVP will be featured alongside Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum as the dual cover athletes for the NBA 2K25 All-Star Edition, 2K announced Wednesday.
In addition, Wilson will also be the cover athlete for the WNBA edition of the game, which will be a GameStop exclusive physical edition.
"Being featured on the NBA 2K25 cover is a big moment for me and a testament to the ever-growing fandom of the WNBA. Seeing more and more WNBA athletes scanned into NBA 2K25 to best capture the style and confidence of the league has been empowering, and I can't wait for fans to experience it in-game," Wilson said in a statement to USA TODAY.
NBA 2K25 will be released on September 6.
