Three-time MVP player A’ja Wilson has reached another milestone, one year after breaking a single-season scoring record. This past Sunday, Aug. 10, the Aces defeated the Connecticut Sun, and Wilson recorded 32 points and 20 rebounds.
Her record was marked as the first time that has ever happened in the WNBA. That was her 14th double-double of this season, 30th 30-point game of her career, and 6th career game with at least 30 points and 15 rebounds.
The record puts her alongside player, and teammate Tina Charles for the most 30-15 games in league history. Sunday was also A’ja’s second career 20-rebound night.
