The verdict is in for the Ahmaud Arbery Federal Hate Crimes case and it's guilty on all counts. The 3 men who chased down Ahmaud on February 23,2020 and murdered him were convicted of a hate crime by 12 jurors after a week long trial.

All three men faced one count of interference of Arbery's civil rights, plus attempted kidnapping.
It was determined that the motivation behind the murder was hatred to Ahmaud due to his race. Prosecutors claim that Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael and William "Roddie" Bryan used racially charged language among other things.

Although the men insist they are not racist and that the chase was not racially motivated, the jury clearly didn't believe them.
They were already previously convicted of his murder and sentence to life in prison.
