DaBaby Reaches Settlement In 2022 Lawsuit

After four years of a legal back-and-forth, DaBaby has reached a settlement in the lawsuit stemming from his bowling alley incident in 2022. His ex-girlfriend brother Brandon Curiel who goes by the stage name of Brandon Bill$ sued him after the brawl.

Curiel is claiming he received injuries during the fight, which was captured on video. DaBaby and members of his crew can been seen on the video attacking Curiel inside the bowling alley.

According to a notice filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, both Curiel and DaBaby were able to settle the case, and wrap up the years long legal battle. The filing states the matter will be dismissed within 45 days.
