Janet Jackson Back In The Studio

The COVID-19 pandemic halted a lot of things in 2020. It was no different for Janet. Her Black Diamond tour was rescheduled then ultimately cancelled and production on her 12th studio album stopped.

Janet recently posted on Instagram that she is back in the studio back at work. We don't know when the music will be released but at least we know she has resumed working on it.

She's proving to be a busy bee as she's also executive producing her documentary for Lifetime. It's simply titled, JANET and has reportedly been filming for 3 years. It is said to be an intimate, honest storytelling of her life. The 4 hour two night event is scheduled to debut in early 2022.

Janet hasn't released an album since 2015's Unbreakable. Her fans have been requesting to hear from her it looks like she's been listening.
