Jay-Z Picks Himself For SuperBowl LXI

The next Super Bowl performer has been announced and it has reportedly been confirmed as Jay-Z. According to Puck News, HOV chose none other than himself to perform the Super Bowl halftime show at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Feb. 14, 2027.

Ever since his entertainment company Roc Nation inked a deal with the NFL back in 2019, the Brooklyn mogul has been the decision-maker for Super Bowl halftime talent. This year he's in the news lately for his global mini Jay-Z 30 Tour. The tour celebrates  the 30th anniversary of his debut album 'Reasonable Doubt' and the 25th anniversary of 'The Blueprint'. As part of the celebration for those milestones, an eight-part docu-series titled 'Jay-Z in 8'  launched on HBO Max and HBO last month.

Last year, Bad Bunny was the headliner at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
