Megan Thee Stallion Opens First Popeyes Franchise

Megan Thee Stallion is making boss moves with her recent venture. The Houston Hottie switched into business mode with her first-ever Popeyes franchise on South Beach on New Year’s Eve 2025.

What started as a partnership for Hottie Sauce in 2021, now has flourished into the rapper hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for her new accomplishment. Megan was in attendance at her new restaurant to meet the workers and interact with fans.

"Prepping Thee Hot Staff before THEE OFFICIAL FIRST EVER MEGAN THEE STALLION POPEYES OPENED I'm so excited, so proud, and I just feel so much gratitude! Hottiessss I'm officially a franchise owner," Megan wrote on TikTok and Instagram. "Come to South Beach Miami and dine with us.”

A social media video showed the star not only interacting with workers and fans but also serving a few chicken sandwiches too. In April 2025, the Houston native teased that she was building a Popeyes from scratch as she posted a clip with a hard hat on from the construction site. She promised that the “littest Popeyes” was on the way.
