The church streets has been making a lot of noise lately after comedian Druski released a new skit to the internet. The video garnered a lot of chatter about the mannerisms of pastors at mega churches.

Druski can be seen in the skit playing an over-the-top pastor who hangs from the ceiling, wears designer clothes, and counts money in the back office of the church. It was not long soon after the skit dropped, that people took to social media to make comparisons of Druski's character to a pastor of a megachurch.

Now one pastor has spoken out during a Sunday Sermon that has also hit the internet. In a sermon that circulated online, Pastor Todd can be seen saying that while he thought Druski’s video was “hilarious,” he didn’t think it was a personal shot at him, instead calling it an attack on Christian people’s focus on their assignment from God.

“Do you know how many people didn’t spend time with their kids, fighting with somebody they don’t know in the comments?” he asked his audience. “There were people who did not do what God said to do this week, ‘cause they needed to be in the know of what was happening in culture.”

Many social media users argued that Pastor Mike Todd's response was a distraction. Some users say the moment could have been used as a chance for reflection within the Black church.
