Remy Ma Shakes Up The Hip-Hop World With New Freestyle

Remy Ma is back with a hit after years of no music, and people speculate she is dropping shots at Papoose and boxer Clarissa Shield. Remy Ma hopped on a new track called "W.Y.F.L." with some witty song lyrics.

On Friday, April 10, the Bronx rapper posted on Instagram to announce her new record, which uses Jamaican producers DJ Mac and CrashDummy's viral "WYFL Riddim.” She flipped the beat's original "Wah Yuh Feel Like" acronym to "Why You Fucking Lying.”

Even though the rapper did not confirm who she was talking about during the track, multiple bars stood out. For example, the Bronx native touched on someone claiming to write her raps.

"The nerve of n***as claiming they wrote those hits / When they whole career they ain’t never ghost wrote shit / Not for me or anybody else / You always act like you helped a n***a, go help yourself," she raps on the track.

Last year, Papoose claimed in an IG Live that he wrote "90 percent of the rhymes that came out of [his wife's] mouth." He also claimed that he wrote the Terror Squad rapper's 2006 hit "Conceited."
