Universal Studios Unveils Fast & Furious Inspired Rollercoaster

Universal Studios is asking fans to feel the rush with a look at its new Fast & Furious inspired rollercoaster. On Wednesday the park unveiled new details and a first look at all ride vehicles for the new rollercoaster.

The rollercoaster is set to become the fastest attraction in the Universal portfolio. The ride’s vehicles are inspired by Dominic Toretto’s 1970 Dodge Charger, Han Seoul-oh’s Mazda RX-7, Brian O’Conner’s blue Nissan Skyline GT-R, and his orange Toyota Supra.

Guests will travel at speeds up to 72 mph on the outdoor ride. The attraction will feature fully rotational vehicles designed to simulate the signature drifting action of the “Fast & Furious” film franchise.
